As we mark ten years of Mark+Fold, we've been thrilled to see our work featured in some of the publications we love and read ourselves, including Monocle, The Guardian, Living Etc and more.
In Living Etc, Emma Breislin selected our 2026 Diary Gift Set for the PayDay Edit and Christmas List.
"As much as we might not want to admit it, 2026 is just around the corner, and payday is the perfect time to treat yourself to a nice diary to start getting organised. This mustard style from Mark+Fold caught my eye, and I am weirdly obsessed with the triangle eraser that comes with this set."
Homes & Interiors Scotland featured the Linen Navy Diary Gift Set on its welcome page for the November and December issue. Catherine Coyle was particularly interested in the story behind our Scottish-made products, drawing a line between design, craft and place.
Wallpaper published a piece by Ali Morris that explored the evolution of the brand and highlighted the limited-run neon green diary. She quotes Amy:
"Starting a stationery brand in 2015 amid the surge of digital tools may have seemed counterintuitive, but for Amy Cooper-Wright, founder of stationery brand Mark + Fold, it felt like a natural rebellion. 'I think paper is going through a renaissance,' she states. 'The Japanese designer Kenya Hara speaks about paper’s eternal appeal as this white surface waiting for you to make your marks upon it – the invention of computers was never going to dull that magic."
Dominic Lutyens at Broadsheet London wrote a longer feature offering an insight into the thinking behind the shop and the past decade of independent design.
Colour Hive’s In Colour published a story by Tamsin Kingswell following her visit to the opening. It considers the tonal palette and material choices of the new season.
We've also been in some great gift guides. Gynelle Leon selected our notebook gift sets for The Guardian's '158 Christmas presents, chosen by Guardian columnists.'
Monocle featured the Neon Green Diary Gift Set both online and in its December and January issues as part of a curated list for interiors-focused readers. Grace Charlton called in sets to shoot, noting the quality of the materials, and Claudia Jacob included Amy in the Monocle Sunday Roast newsletter through a conversational Q&A.
It's been a busy and energising few months. We are grateful to Jess Berry PR, the editors, writers and picture teams who took the time to visit the pop-up, explore the collection and tell the story of a small independent brand.
