Subscription FAQs

How does it work?

Subscribers sign up for the whole year and receive quarterly parcels full of stationery, personally selected by the Mark+Fold team. Each parcel includes a note explaining the thinking behind the pieces and why they're worth using.

When do I get them?

As soon as you sign up, we send you your welcome pack, which has your personal subscriber code and a tiny little teaser gift. And then after that, you kind of join the cycle of parcels that we send out every quarter.

What's the difference between the three tiers?

It comes down to how much stationery someone wants in their life. The Classic covers the essentials: a diary, notebooks, desktop pads and the best of the Mark+Fold range. The Super still includes four quarterly parcels across the year, but with more in each one. Instead of a single diary, subscribers also receive the monthly planner and wall planner. Instead of a single notebook, they receive a full set. The Ultimate goes a step further again. Alongside everything in the Super subscription, new subscribers choose a special welcome gift, either the Lamy fountain pen or the leather cover, along with other perks.

Can I join anytime?

Yes. Subscribers can join whenever suits them and will receive their welcome pack straight away, followed by the next parcel in the sequence. For example, someone signing up in August would receive the September parcel.

Can I order a subscription as a gift?

Yes, many customers offer this as a gift. Please include a note with your order letting us know that it is a gift, along with any personal message you'd like us to include on your behalf. Please enter the recipient's name and address under 'Delivery address.'

How do I sign up?

Sign up happens through the website. New subscribers choose their subscription level and confirm where in the world the parcels should be delivered. Mark+Fold ships worldwide, though destination does slightly affect price to account for shipping costs.

Will I receive exactly what is in the pictures?

The pictures are indicative of the types of things you'll receive, however individual items may vary. Customers tell us that the element of surprise is a big part of the fun, but if you would like to know specifically what you will receive in your next parcel, please get in touch

Can I get it if I live outside the UK?

Yes. All shipping costs are included in the subscription price. Prices vary depending on your region and the associated shipping costs.
