Why you'll love it

Neon thread detail, hand-bound exercise book

Hand-sewn in London

A good notebook should open flat without force, for a comfortable writing experience. Our hand-sewn books are made using the simplest of bookbinding techniques, stitched in a single section and trimmed to size.

From our paper archive

We make our Hand-sewn Exercise Books from leftover papers we have collected from past projects or samples. These beautiful papers, from pioneering paper mills in Europe and Japan, add a tactile delight to your daily note-taking.

120gsm fountain-pen friendly pages

It all starts with selecting the finest materials. We consider only sustainably-produced papers and consider everything from the feel of the paper in your hands, to its opacity, smoothness and resistance to feathering with fountain pen.
