Our new location
Last week we sent our last orders from the London studio where we've spent many happy days over the past few years, wrapping your orders. The time has come for us to expand to a larger space, and so we've taken the decision to move our stock and wonderful fulfilment team out of London. This will give us loads more space for new products, and we'll be able to offer a much more efficient shipping service, with orders now guaranteed to go out same day (if placed before 1pm) and a new Next Day Tracked service.
We know you all appreciate the way we wrap our orders, and this has of course been a key feature of Mark+Fold from the very beginning. This has evolved over time, from Amy sat at her desk back in 2015 wrapping every order personally, to a growing team of meticulous paper-lovers who have joined us since then. We're excited to welcome new additions to the team who share our perfectionism and love of the details that make our parcels a delight to receive. So do look out for some new names on the order note.
