We will be closed from Friday 22 December — Tuesday 2 January inclusive.

Orders received by 10pm on Thursday 21 December will be shipped before Christmas. We will then be closed until Wednesday 3 January and any orders received during the Christmas period will ship on or soon after 3 January. Please note we receive a very high volume of Diary and Planner orders around the New Year and will send orders out as quickly as we can, in the order I which they are received. Next Day Tracked orders will always be prioritised. 

We will be online for website / sale queries between Christmas and New Year, but responses may take a little longer than usual. On the launch day of our New Year Sale, we will be online and responding to enquiries as quickly as possible. Again, we receive a high volume of customer enquiries at this time, so please bear with us.

Royal Mail advise the following last posting dates for parcels to arrive before Christmas. We have listed the countries where we have the highest volume of orders, but if you don’t see your country listed please drop us a line and we can confirm the relevant date for you.

Monday 11 December — Australia, Asia, South America, China, Middle East, Norway, Portugal, Spain

Wednesday 13 December — USA, Canada, rest of Europe 

Wednesday 20 December — UK (Next Day services)
