SUBSCRIBER FAQs

CAN I OFFER THE SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?
— Yes, simply enter the recipient’s details as the ‘delivery address’ at checkout. Please let us know if you would like us to send the Welcome Pack to them directly, or if you would prefer to hand it over in person.

WILL IT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
— We will send out your Welcome Pack upon receipt of your order, and normal delivery times apply (for more details see our DELIVERY page)

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK?
— Yes, we do. Whilst UK Shipping is included in the price of the subscription, an additional shipping fee will be added at checkout for international delivery addresses. The delivery fee is no more than what we pay to Royal Mail for the International Tracked & Signed Service.

WHEN WILL MY PARCELS ARRIVE?
— Our shipping dates for 2017 are the last week of February, May, August and November. We will send out your Welcome Pack upon receipt of your order, and normal delivery times apply (for more details see our DELIVERY page)

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS?
— All requests will be accommodated where possible, though future shipments may be adapted so that your total items are equal to the subscription value.

WHAT’S THE PASS THE PARCEL SERVICE?
— This enables you to pass on one of your parcels to someone else as a gift. Simply tell us their shipping details and the date it should arrive (for example, in time for their birthday), and we will make sure it gets to them.

HOW DO I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION?
— We will contact you towards the end of the subscription period to ask if you would like to continue, and to offer you a discount on a new subscription. We will not automatically charge you for a renewal without contacting you first.

DO YOU OFFER A TASTER SUBSCRIPTION?
— The Subscription is offered as an annual membership, however we do also have Stationery Gift Boxes which make excellent gifts for stationery enthusiasts.
