At Mark+Fold we design and create stationery that is refreshingly modern and elegant, using exceptional materials and timeless processes. Since launching in November 2015, we have been featured in Wallpaper*, Selectism and the The Daily Telegraph. As well as our online customers and subscribers, our UK stockists include Oliver Spencer, SCP, Harvey Nichols, Another Country and Trunk Clothiers. Looking ahead, we are working on some exciting collaborations with UK designers and looking to expand internationally, whilst continuing to invent new products that feel great to use every day.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised person to join us as a part-time creative producer. This person will be an essential member of our team who enjoys getting things done and has an appreciation for good design. They will be responsible for managing our online orders, and take charge of our stock, meanwhile getting to know our enthusiastic and loyal customers. The role is part-time with flexible hours and the option to work remotely, so it may suit someone who has other projects or commitments to work around. Depending on skills, experience and interests, there is scope for the role to grow and cover aspects of design, making, marketing, sales.

— You are confident, experienced and happy to work independently

— You have an eye for detail and enjoy taking time over the little touches that make all the difference
— You are looking for a part-time role and flexible hours may allow you to work around other projects or commitments

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL
— Work closely with our creative director to maintain excellent relationships with our customers and stockists, mostly via email and post
— Manage orders received via the online shop and prepare packages to be sent out by post — this includes hand-writing receipts, meticulously wrapping products in our signature style, and coordinating postage
— Work independently when our creative director is travelling abroad, supported by regular phone and email contact

DEPENDING ON YOUR SKILLS AND INTERESTS, YOU MIGHT ALSO
— Contribute to social media presence, newsletter and website, in terms of written content and or imagery
— Generate ideas for new products, maintain our materials library and continue our research into new papers
— Help to scope out new products, liaising with factories through sampling and production
— Support our relationships with existing stockists, and help to identify and make links with new stockists both in the UK and abroad
— Respond to press requests from newspapers, magazines and bloggers
