For selected products we accept pre-orders for items that are in production and will be available soon. Numbered items will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. You will be notified, and your order will be shipped, as soon as the product becomes available, and pre-orders will be the first to receive a copy.
We make our stationery in limited editions or small batches, and each item is individually numbered. If you would like to reserve a copy of an upcoming product, please send us an email via our contact page and we will add you to the Reserve List. You will then be notified as soon as the product becomes available to order (or pre-order), and in the event of a limited edition selling out quickly, we would prioritise customers on the Reserve List.
We are always happy to take requests for specific numbers, to mark a special date or anniversary. Subject to availability.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
You may return items within 28 days of receiving them. Please complete the online RETURNS FORM. Once we receive the returned items in a condition suitable for re-sale, we will issue you with a refund or a voucher for the full value (minus any postage fees) to spend at www.markandfold.com. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible or complete the form on our contact page. If orders have not yet shipped, we will refund the value of your order. If items have already shipped, then we are unable to cancel your order, but you may return it to us as detailed above.
We aim to send all orders within 3 working days of receiving your order. We use Royal Mail First Class service and so delivery times and other conditions are subject to their policies. See www.royalmail.com for more info.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Prices reflect Royal Mail Pricing, which is dependent on weight & destination. These are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Please note that customers outside of the European Union (EU) may be eligible to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us.
For special periods such as the run-up to Christmas, we may offer a limited ‘Next Day’ or ‘Express’ service, specific details of which will be published on our ‘Delivery’ page. Next Day orders that are received by 11am will be shipped same day, orders received after 11am will be sent the following day.
CHRISTMAS 2017 DELIVERY
We will be shipping upto and including Friday 22 December, and orders can be collected from our shop upto this date.
For Standard Delivery, we recommend ordering by these dates:
UK — Wednesday 20 December
USA & Europe — Wednesday 13 December
Asia & Australasia — Wednesday 6 December
In the run-up to Christmas, we are pleased to offer a Parcelforce 48hr service to UK addresses (est. delivery 48 hours after your order is received), and a UPS Express service to all international destinations (est. delivery 3 days to USA, 6 days to Australia). NB: Next Day orders must be placed before 11am (GMT), orders received after 11am will be sent the following day. These services are operated by Parcelforce and UPS, and are subject to their terms.
For payments, we use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information. Further information about their security procedures can be found here.
